I
recently had the pleasure of speaking to the Quilt Connection Guild
at Greenwood, Indiana. The following morning found me and part of
the guild membership diving head first into a two day workshop. The
quilters were wound, all set, ready to go, and by noon painted
fabrics were everywhere with fans running and hurrying the drying
process.
Each quilter
painted two yards of beautiful fabric, and after drying, manipulated
this same fabric into visual designs for wall hangings that would
catch any judge's eye. At the end of the two day workshop only two
pieces had bound edges and were ready for hanging, but all others
were close to completion at picture taking time. A few quilters
left early and weren't around for photos.

small images below for better views of some great work from some
great quilters.
