Amoskeag Quilters' Guild
Manchester, New Hampshire

November, 2005 |

I recently taught a
two-day seminar and did a slide lecture for a quilt group in
Manchester, New Hampshire. Over thirty of these workshops have
taken me all around the US and Canada this year, and this is the
last until mid-January, 2006. |
|
Perhaps the old line
"Save the best for last" was written for this group of avid and
enthusiastic quilters. They welcomed me into their fold on the day
I arrived, and I did a slide lecture that evening to a large group
of guild members and their guests.
The following
two days found us in the classroom painting fabrics with great
results, and then using these fabrics for individual pieces that
could compete with the best.
You may click
each small photo for a better and larger view. You'll see some
terrific work here, so settle in and spend some time with a very
handsome quilt show. |

Thanks, Amoskeag Guild, for a grand finale to a grand year. We
didn't do good-byes -- only "see you laters" until I return to
Manchester next April for the MQX Show.
And no more until January, 2006, when I'll be off again to the
largest Quilt Show in the state of California, Road to California at
Ontario.
Hundreds and
hundreds of quilters, organizers, and sponsors helped me have an
extremely successful and busy year, and I thank all of you. It's
been much fun, and I look forward to 2006 which is crammed full of
seminars across the country and Canada.
